You place order, choose your preferred delivery, checkout and receive your delivery! It is our top priority to minimize your effort involved with supermarket shopping! Hence we believe in taking great care as we process each order. Upon ordering, you can select the one you prefer for that delivery – work or home. Delivery Charges:

 

1. Falconfresh.com offers a FREE delivery service for all orders if order amount is above AED 100 for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman . For orders with value less than AED 100, there will be a delivery charge of AED 20 for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman .We currently only deliver within city limits. No deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Hatta, Sajja, Al dhaid and Korfakkan regions.Deliveries are closed on Sundays

Delivery Timings:

 

1. We deliver every day from 9:00AM and 8:00PM . Deliveries are closed on Sundays. All orders received by Falconfresh.com till 12am everyday are processed on the next day.
2. While purchasing your item(s), please remember to provide us with a mobile phone number. Our customer service is available from 8am to 5pm daily.Our dedicated delivery team will call you when they're on their way to give you an estimated time of arrival.They will deliver all the items to your doorstep.

Confirmation of an Order:

 

1. An order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you provided when you place an order. All orders will be delivered by our own staff using our own vehicles. We will make every effort to deliver within the time, but the Company will not be liable for any possible loss caused by late delivery.
2. At Falconfresh.com, we understand the importance of ‘On-Time’ delivery, so please notify us either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time or if you would like to change the time of delivery etc.

 

Confirmation of an Order:

 

1. Products at Falconfresh.com are readily available for sale as long as they are in stock. Customers are notified through e-mail or by phone for orders which cannot be fulfilled currently.

 

 

Delivery Policy

 

1. Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order, At point of delivery, identity verification of the Consignee by sighting either an original labour card, passport, driving license, Emirates ID, Free zone ID to support consignee verification, will be required by our courier partners.
2. Please note that we do not do international shipping. We use a variety of delivery methods, depending on the size of the product you order. Some products are delivered directly by our supplier and the supplier will contact you to arrange delivery.
3. Whilst we make considerable effort to deliver all your products within 48 working hours of the date of your order, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting a product to you within that time. Supplier delivered products for areas outside of main city limits that are classed as remote or semi remote may take up to 5 working days dependent on supplier schedules.
